In the book of Ecclesiastes, we are encouraged to be happy on days of joy and to reflect on days of adversity. Furthermore, like the Creator of human beings, we must take time to pause and evaluate our activities and initiatives. This helps us become aware of whether our actions are relevant to achieving our goals.

Here are the instructions to follow when filling out the weekly sheets:

• For each day of the week, indicate the three main achievements and/or key information.

• Then, write down your three weekly priorities achieved in the “Priorities Accomplished” section.

• Check off each completed or uncompleted action regarding meditation, prayer, etc.

• Tick the appropriate box concerning the achievement of your goals. Then, if you have any, add notes in the “Notes” section.

• Praying in tongues is a type of effective prayer and a privilege reserved for anyone who believes in Jesus.

Similarly, communion is a powerful practice to remember what Jesus accomplished. We have considered 7 undated months, each with 4 weeks (even though some months may have 5 weeks), corresponding to 4 weekly sheets followed by a monthly sheet.

Here are the instructions for filling out the monthly sheet:

• For each month, write the name of the month in the dotted box in the upper left corner.

• Fill out the 4 weeks, note the lessons learned from your readings and videos watched, etc.
