At some point in your life, you should learn to discern the path of the Holy Spirit from that of your mentor or spiritual father. In the youth of Bishop Oyedepo, he engaged in long fasts and spent several days praying and undertaking other activities to the extent that Archbishop Benson Idahosa warned him to be careful. However, Oyedepo’s response to his spiritual father was a question: “At my age, were you careful?” It’s not that Archbishop Benson Idahosa was insincere; far from it, he was only speaking to them considering their physical situation.

Therefore, as Pastor David Abioye puts it, you should try everything you can while you are young and full of vigor. If you want to write books, start writing anything, but write! If you have the desire to sing, sing anything, but make sure a melody comes out of your throat! If you want to be a builder, learn and become one! It’s possible! Be Violent

In conclusion, it’s essential to know that, regardless of the field in which you try to flourish, life will try to kill you with an energy you won’t understand if you’re not prepared. You will face betrayals, defamation, battles, obstacles, etc. But there is a solution within your reach. And that solution is to kill yourself.

Killing yourself doesn’t mean losing your life physically; far from it, it simply means letting God be the priority and surpassing your physical senses. Let God break you to give you the structure of Glory that you urgently need to be a world-changer.

Finally, it’s important to note that, regardless of the field in which you want to evolve, life will try to put obstacles in your way with an energy you may not understand if you’re not prepared. You may encounter betrayals, defamation, fights, and obstacles on your path. But there is a solution within your reach. Be Violent.

This solution involves killing yourself, meaning letting God be the priority and surpassing your physical instincts. Let God break you to give you the necessary structure to be a change in the world. It’s important to note that a life of sacrifice must be lived on two fronts.

Firstly, it is necessary to make regular offerings to God with sincerity of heart and to often go with a sacrifice that costs and is beneficial. It should not be what is left over, but rather a sacrifice that costs you. God is superior to presidents; He is the king who rules the universe.

By doing this, you will see another dimension of the Holy Spirit in your life like never before. I am not a pastor or a biblical scholar, but I believe that the Holy Spirit uses this body to prepare the new generation. The second front is the sacrifice of oneself. If you give only a part of yourself, you will receive in return only the fruit of your labor and not Him. You must seek and enter into a covenant with Him.

By being faithful to this covenant, you can have Him and not just His help. This involves regularly sacrificing time to be in His presence and cut off from everything. It is by doing this that you will obtain a personal covenant with God. I began to receive this teaching by studying the life of Bishop Oyedepo. It won’t be easy, but it’s worth it. I invite you to read carefully and ask God to teach you what is written.

“Note that you don’t need to have a title before exercising the ministry to which God calls you. Titles like pastor, evangelist, singer, etc., are just titles. First, I call you to reach the “Stephen” status, that is, to be brothers and sisters filled with the Holy Spirit and grace among other brothers and sisters. That’s the first level.

Recognize that we are all children of God. Pastors, prophets, etc., need your gifts to fully exercise their ministry. For example, a brother or sister may need your gift of dream interpretation, another your gift of discernment, another your gift of healing, another your gift of wisdom, another your gift of word of knowledge… Be Violent

So, rise up and go to your Father to take possession of your inheritance. It’s not an option; it’s an obligation. Because your God commands you to be powerful. In fact, you are already powerful through Sacrifice, but He demands that you come to Him to take possession of what you have inherited. If you don’t, you will be responsible for your condition and co-responsible for the disorder caused by the devil in the world. So, rise up and take possession of what belongs to you.

May God grant the grace of sacrifice to those who read these lines, so that this generation may produce giants in all spheres of influence and that our nations may be transformed for the glory of God the Father.” Be Violent
