Born on March 26, 1962, in Bangui, Central African Republic, into a Catholic family, he was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith. Charles OUNDA involved in the Young Christian Students (JEC), he was one of the pioneers of this organization and was actively involved in the charismatic movement in its early days in the Central African Republic.
In a quest for spirituality, a month-long experience of Islam was attempted at the invitation of a friend, but the language barrier and segregation proved obstacles. However, the Catholic faith remained until a visit from the Lord Jesus Christ brought about a decisive turning point.
In 1988, a divine vision revealed the very nature of the Lord. The following year, the discovery of the End-Time Message, preached by the prophet William Marrion Branham, which affirmed that Jesus Christ is God, marked a profound conviction. Since then, his commitment to serving the Church has materialized through roles as interpreter, secretary, and treasurer for approximately fifteen years.
Since 2014, he has served as pastor of La Voix du Signe Tabernacle in Bangui.
