He served as Senior Pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, TX for over 35 years, witnessing its growth from ten people in 1976 to now over 9,000 congregants with over 100 ministries.

Dr. Evans is also president of The Urban Alternative, a national ministry that seeks to bring spiritual renewal to America through the church. His daily radio show, The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans, can be heard on over 1,400 radio stations across the United States and in over 130 countries.

Dr. Evans is the author of over 50 books, including Kingdom Man, Kingdom Woman, Kingdom Marriage, Raising Kingdom Kids, and Kingdom Single. He served as chaplain to the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL and continues to serve as chaplain to the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA, a ministry he has served for over 30 years.

Through his local church and national ministry, Dr. Evans has established a Kingdom Agenda ministry philosophy that teaches the reign of God over all areas of life, as demonstrated by the individual, the family, church and society.

Dr. Tony Evans is married to Lois, his wife and ministry partner of 41 years. They are the proud parents of four children: Chrystal, Priscilla, Anthony Jr. and Jonathan; and the grandparents of ten children: Kariss, Jessica, Jackson, Jesse Jr., Jerry Jr., Kanaan, Jude, Joel, Kelsey and Jonathan II.
