Since I became interested in the art of success, I have realized how most people on this earth have very small visions. The majority of people believe it is enough to seek a peaceful life for themselves and their families. This pursuit of personal well-being is the message that most people receive first from their parents and then from the society in which they live.

When I was still very young, I also dreamed of going to school to get a job that would allow me to own a house, a car, and many other things for myself and my family. The quality of my dreams began to change when I discovered through the Holy Scriptures that God had created me to bring solutions to humanity.

The first command God gave to humanity was to be productive and then multiply what was produced to the point of subduing and ruling over it. Genesis 1:26-28

“Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.’”

It’s true that upon reading this verse, one might think that the Lord was exclusively speaking about human reproduction. But when we study the etymological meaning of the word “fruitful,” we realize that it is not limited to the reproduction of the human species. A fruitful person should therefore be considered a productive person. This person can produce children, but also ideas, concepts, businesses, systems, etc.

God clearly commands every human being to abound in productivity and not stop until they have reached the stage of dominion. While most people choose to disobey this divine instruction, successful individuals make every effort to live by it. This is why successful people create products and services with the ambition of making them available in every corner of the earth.

Companies such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Colgate, Mercedes, Amazon, Microsoft, and many others are examples of the application of Genesis 1:28. The founders of these companies first created a product or service. They then multiplied that product or service to be able to distribute it across various territories. Their massive presence in multiple territories allows them to exercise a certain form of dominion.

God’s will is for every individual on earth to act like the creators of the aforementioned multinational companies. God wants all of us to think big for the benefit of humanity. Once we decide to think big, we will naturally feel the need to stay awake at all times.

Starting today, decide to dream much bigger than just for your own life and that of your family. Begin to think of all of humanity. Create products and services that you will distribute all over the earth. This kind of vision will surely keep you from loving sleep…
