To achieve this, you will also need to accomplish things, to go through the fire to understand the sacrifices that others can make. The more you encourage others, the more they will come to you, present you with problems, and ask for advice. This way, you will grasp an issue to which you will provide a solution, and eventually, people will pay you for that.
The distinctive feature of a person who has dared to undertake a project, a work, or a mission until succeeding is this: they know the path and the sacrifice it took to reach the level they are at. They will then potentially always be in a position to encourage initiative. They will appreciate small beginnings and will be the one who pushes others to be better. These people are generally very good advisors.
Be the one who encourages others, celebrates their small victories, and always be part of the solution in everything. Please stop publicly criticizing people in groups and on social media. If you think it can help the person improve, do it privately using the sandwich method: praise the effort, highlight the good points, and then provide suggestions for improvement.
Notice that every time you adopt this method, the person will be more receptive. Of course, this applies even in your personal relationships with others. They will be more grateful and give you more credibility.
How to put this into practice: Observe the people around you who have achieved a feat or are at the beginning stages, and encourage them. Share some ideas with them that can help them progress…
