ENJOY YOUR PHYSICAL BEAUTY.
The Bible speaks wonderfully about the physical beauty of certain people. These individuals, in one way or another, distinguished themselves by their physical beauty. Examples:
“Leah had delicate eyes, but Rachel was beautiful of form and appearance”. — Genesis 29:17
“So he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand, and he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate. Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance”. — Genesis 39:6
“He had a son named Saul, a young and handsome man. There was not a man among the children of Israel more handsome than he, taller than any of the people from his shoulders upward”. — 1 Samuel 9:2
“Now in all Israel, there was no one praised as much as Absalom for his beauty; from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head, there was no blemish in him”. — 2 Samuel 14:25
Particularly, we have Queen Esther, who saved her people, Israel, from death through her beauty and her devotion to the Lord.
“He brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle’s daughter, for she had neither father nor mother. The young woman was lovely and beautiful. When her father and mother died, Mordecai took her as his own daughter.” — Esther 2:7
The purpose of my message is to show that if God has given you physical beauty, you must serve and worship Him with it. Unfortunately, many beautiful girls have destroyed their destinies with the beauty that God gave them. Notice in our neighborhoods how many beautiful girls could not finish their studies because they were surrounded by boys.
Physical beauty has led many women and men into vanity. Many men use their charm to seduce multiple women. In the end, they realize they have accomplished nothing in life. All their strength has been wasted on women. Look at this advice from a mother to her son in the Bible:
“What, my son? And what, son of my womb? And what, son of my vows? Do not give your strength to women, nor your ways to those who destroy kings”. — Proverbs 31:2-3
If, through your natural charm, you dedicate your life to chasing after women, you will surely end your life in tears. I cannot understand why most beautiful women end up as prostitutes. When you look deeper, you discover that, in one way or another, they have fallen victim to the beauty God gave them.
Even in our churches, most beautiful young women despise young men known for their exemplary behavior and fear of God, in favor of a fake brother because of his money. Like the devil, physical beauty has made these girls proud.
“Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I laid you before kings, that they might gaze at you”. — Ezekiel 28:17
Eventually, the fraudulent boys, whom the vanity of their beauty led them to choose, abandon them. Unfortunately, many beautiful girls go from man to man until their beauty fades. It is truly sad to see that many beautiful women end up without a husband, as prostitutes, lesbians, or, because they hesitate so much in choosing a husband, end up becoming the fourth wife.
The problem is that beauty has made many men and women proud. If your physical appearance is leading you to hell, you can repent now, and Jesus Christ will save and deliver you. The Bible states this in Proverbs 31:30:
“Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord shall be praised”.
