IMMORTALITY AND YOUR IMAGINATION.
God always wants to release His miraculous power, but we must be the conduits of His power on earth. Your imagination is a vast gateway for the full expression of God within you. You cannot continuously imagine death and suddenly manifest immortality.
You need to have a picture of your healing, deliverance, promotion, or elevation before manifestation. You must start by mentally visualizing that miracle. The Bible says:
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” – Ephesians 3:20
God’s faith, the government of faith, and the principles of faith within your mind respond to the imaginations of your spirit. It is in the realm of imagination that the Bible calls us to become effective in spiritual warfare. It says,
“Demolishing arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” – 2 Corinthians 10:5
So much happens within our minds. In fact, the mind is a battlefield of images. Once something becomes an imagination, it becomes a reality in your life. It is crucial to monitor what goes on in your mind, because what occurs there shapes your physical experience and reality. Jesus said:
“If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” – Mark 9:23
It begins with mental visualization. Every miracle God performs begins with a mental image. It’s a practical principle. If you want to build or erect a structure, you must first meet with an architect who makes a blueprint before the building begins. So, your miracle starts with sketching it in your conceptualization.
I remember many years ago, I was very ill, gravely ill. The doctor had given up on my case and told me I had only a few years to live. During this process, I was on medication and going from doctor to doctor. My blood pressure was extremely high, and I had a heart condition. I knew that my only way out was to see a different version of myself in good health.
Praise the Lord. I had to create another version of myself, because the version of me that was severely ill was going to die. If I hadn’t replicated a new version of myself, one without high blood pressure and heart problems, I was about to die.
So, I created a mental version of myself in good health. This is one of the deepest principles on how to maintain divine health. There is a version of you in heaven, the future version that the Lord envisions.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11
So, God has a future for you, and that future has a plan. There exists a future version of you that is incorruptible, a product and offspring of God’s will and purpose.
No matter what you are experiencing in the present, try to focus on the future version of yourself. You are not at the mercy of your current situation. You will not end at the expiration date of your current hardships. Do you know why? Because God has a greater plan, a greater version of you.
I see you catching up with the future version of your destiny, your future, your finances, your marriage, your health, in the name of Jesus Christ. I see you holding onto that image in your imagination until it translates into your physical experience.
I have read books about great men of God. Every great man of God you’ve ever seen uses this principle. It’s the ability to clearly visualize and conceptualize the miracle you want to see manifest. There is power within your imagination and mind. God has placed this power in your mind.
This means that when you begin to see your miracle, your breakthrough, in a matter of months, weeks, or even within a year or two, you will see things you never imagined start to manifest. Everything begins to materialize, and you will say to yourself, “What is happening?” This is God’s power bringing to manifestation what you conceived in your heart. Praise the Lord.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: the old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17
Don’t dwell on your past. Don’t build your mental attitude and identity based on past mistakes. Look toward the future. Behold the glory of God.
“It is by the Lord’s mercy that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” – Lamentations 3:22-23
God’s mercy, faithfulness, and grace are renewed every morning. So every day you wake up, there is a new beginning, a new start, a new table set. Do not focus on your setbacks. Spend your time planning your comeback. Focus on your comeback, not on your setbacks. Don’t dwell on your failures, mistakes, or anything you feel is not right about your past. Don’t focus on things that didn’t work, bitterness, disappointments, or betrayals by those you least expected to disappoint you. Instead, focus on what God says. God is ever green. God is ever promising. God is ever merciful. There is power within the human mind that we have yet to tap into. Unconsciously, we become victims of uncontrolled minds. We don’t know what processes are happening.
Through our imagination, we become what we experience in the physical. If we do not control the gateway to the mind, if we do not govern its access, the gateways of the powers of the mind will start to corrupt our lives daily. Do you know that every thought you allow to infiltrate your mind and imagination directly influences your future? We have not been told that the powers of the mind are the institution that precisely shapes what influences your life.
If you have not set up portals, gates, and monitoring systems around your mind and thoughts, someone else will take charge of your outcomes. Listen, sometimes we allow our circumstances to influence our thoughts, while, in reality, our thoughts should influence the way our circumstances unfold. I don’t care what happens around me. I don’t care what people do. What matters to me is what happens in my mind.
“Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it flow the issues of life.” – Proverbs 4:23
