Improvement of Seers.
The Lord continues to speak to me about seers and about seeing people receive dreams and visions with incredibly precise interpretations and applications, and the proliferation of seer prophets and seer believers around the world. It is a rapid rise. Although some will close off the gift due to unbelief, many will see an upgrade. I heard the Lord say:
“I am upgrading seers this season. I have not only restored the office; I am restoring seers who have been rejected and shamed because the Body did not understand the gift. I am increasing the range and widening the field of vision for seers, and I see people who will keep Me in sight. “I am doing something on the earth among exhausted seers who prioritize My Kingdom over personal fame and gain. I am making My seers more visible even as I increase what is visible to their spiritual eyes. I am bringing understanding where there has been hurtful misunderstanding and a new respect for a gift that has not been respected. “Many seers will arise in the days to come with a mix of precision and boldness. Many seers will come out of the caves with renewed confidence. There will be many breakthroughs in the dreams and visions of My seers. I will show them things to come. Disasters will be averted. Tragedies will be avoided. I will do this as part of the new era of the church. Seers, see!”
What the Upgrade Looks Like
I prophesy unexpected upgrades. If you lean on God and walk in holiness, expect upgrades. You may not see them coming, but expect unexpected upgrades anyway because your expectation will not be cut off (see Proverbs 23:18).
We often get what we expect. If you expect something bad to happen, it usually will. If you expect to have a bad time at church, you probably will. If you expect God’s goodness to manifest in your life, it surely will. I predict unexpected upgrades and double portion upgrades. You may not immediately discern the upgrade, but be assured that God has your advancement in mind.
Consider the upgrade reasonable, given the trial you have undergone, and look forward to it eagerly. Your expectation should not be cut off. This is biblical. We see a number of people in the Bible who received a prophetic word that led to an unexpected upgrade.
Consider Amos. He was in the fields tending the sheep when God called him to be a prophet. Amos certainly didn’t see it coming, and he recounted the unexpected upgrade:
“But the Lord took me away from the flock, and the Lord said to me: ‘Go, prophesy to My people Israel’” (Amos 7:15).
And Jeremiah? He was just a youth who loved the Lord when God met him in a powerful way and elevated him unexpectedly:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” Then I said, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I do not know how to speak, for I am only a youth” (Jeremiah 1:4-6).
Both Saul and David experienced unexpected upgrades from ordinary Israelites to royalty. The disciples were fishermen and tax collectors, and they were unexpectedly promoted to apostles. In the upper room awaiting the Holy Spirit, Matthias was suddenly elevated to be one of the 12 apostles who testified of Christ’s life, death, and resurrection (see Acts 1:23-26).
Do you remember Elisha? Let’s look at that story a bit closer. After Elijah defeated the false prophets on Mount Carmel, Jezebel threatened him, and he fled, hiding in a cave and sleeping. When he arose, God told him to anoint Elisha to be prophet in his place. Let’s read 1 Kings 19:19-21:
“So he departed from there and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve pairs of oxen before him and he with the twelfth, and Elijah passed by him and threw his mantle on him. He left the oxen and ran after Elijah and said, ‘Please let me kiss my father and my mother, then I will follow you.’ And he said to him, ‘Go back again, for what have I done to you?’ So he returned from following him and took a pair of oxen and sacrificed them and boiled their flesh with the implements of the oxen and gave it to the people, and they ate. Then he arose and followed Elijah and ministered to him.”
Seers Chasing God
Notice that Elisha went after Elijah. During this season, some will receive a double portion upgrade. Those who go after God and serve Him are in line for an unexpected upgrade. It’s not about chasing a mantle or a blessing, it’s about chasing God. Remember Matthew 6:33:
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Elisha wanted the double portion upgrade and asked Elijah for it without shame, but he continued to present his heart as a servant to the man who threw his mantle on him. In other words, he was not an opportunist seeking an upgrade on someone else’s back. He wanted to make an impact, and he waited his turn serving in humility. Remember Matthew 23:12:
“For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” And again: “Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you at the proper time” (1 Peter 5:6).
For many, the time of the upgrade is near, and for some, a double portion upgrade. Seers will go beyond 20/20 vision to peripheral vision, x-ray vision, and deeper realms of vision. Are you ready? What do you see? Start looking. We see by faith just as we walk by faith.
Prayer for a Seer Upgrade
Father, in the name of Jesus, do not let me miss my upgrade. Help me build myself up in my most holy faith to receive the upgrade You have planned for me at the Kairos time. Grant the gift of hunger, so I will put You and Your Kingdom first and become a God chaser instead of a mantle chaser. Give me the mantle You want me to have…
