JOSHUA, A CALL TO GREATNESS.
“After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide” Joshua 1:1
Joshua, son of Nun, was Moses’ aide and a general in the army of Israel before becoming officially a servant of God. Indeed, Joshua wielded the art of war as Bezalel wielded architecture; understand that your talents play a significant role in your daily life, while God’s grace on you plays a greater role in your destiny. Talent alone was not enough for Joshua; he needed instruction for the burden he was to carry.
“God always shapes the men He calls to leave a mark or influence a generation.”
“Moses, my servant, is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites” Joshua 1:2
This is what Joshua was called to do, and he fulfilled it perfectly because he knew he was called to lead the people to the fulfillment of the promise God had sworn to their forefathers. If someone does not understand what they are called to do, it is already a danger for them.
“Understanding the why of your calling will lead you to act with certainty.“
You must have courage because the work God gives you to accomplish will not be an easy task. Men and women destined for greatness have never had an easy life because every time the devil brings heaviness to resist them, these people do not have an easy life because they do not have small destinies. Many have lived very complicated lives, but that does not stop them from progressing. However, I am not saying that everyone is called to do great things.
But the issue is the dimension, the scope, or the greatness of the thing. If you have a limited vision for your life, it will also influence your actions because the spiritual world is an unlimited world. Therefore, there is no limit for anyone who wants to accomplish great things with God, no matter how you perceive things due to what you go through in your mind and life.
If only you can see the vastness of love and the power of God, know that you are more than capable of doing great things with God…
