The Bible reveals the accuracy of Noah’s work and mission for the survival of humanity. Noah was “the savior man,” “the bearer of grace.” “Anyone who carries God’s grace in him also carries the seed of God to accomplish His will.”

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord” Genesis 6:8.

You might wonder how I broached the subject of perseverance! The Bible does not specify the time Noah took to build the ark. Noah was 500 years old the first time his name was mentioned in the Bible and 600 years old when he entered the ark.

Noah, at the age of five hundred, begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth” Genesis 5:32.

While the time for the ark’s construction is not marked, implying it depends on the interval between Genesis 5:32 and Genesis 6:14-21, it forms at most a period of a hundred years for construction. Noah spent about three hundred seventy days in the ark before finally finding dry land, and the flood lasted forty days and forty nights.

When you want to accomplish great things with God, knowing that He will demand more work, sacrifices, and especially perseverance for even a small result, take a step back. Abraham met God at seventy-five, received God’s promise for his son Isaac at ninety-nine, had Isaac at a hundred, and died at one hundred seventy-five. Perseverance is the only way to achieve a result according to God’s will.

Sometimes the results of our prayers depend on how we have persevered in prayer and God’s word. “The longer you persevere in God’s work, His word, and prayer, the greater and stronger your exploits will be.”

The pressure to start certain things in your life can lead you to error. Many young people of my generation succumb to the allure of things they may not be called to do now but later.

The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they took wives for themselves from all they chose.

These sons of God were seduced by the daughters of men and allowed themselves to be drawn, just as some in my generation are seduced and attracted by prophets, making themselves prophets. Others, attracted by miracles, make themselves men of miracles through unknown spirits that are not of God.

Your goal in life is to achieve what God has planned for you, and it will be fulfilled, no matter the time…
