Prayer Shortcuts.
Prayer through prophetic actions is the shortcut to prayers, a term I coined because I noticed that I was putting in so much effort in my warfare prayers and deliverance sessions. I saw many Christians and those possessed by demons spending years in captivity and suffering.
So, one day I asked God, “Why do people spend so many years in bondage and in prayer camps without being delivered, healed, and saved in a shorter time? Are you unable to do something special for them?”
But this teaching and revelation from God began with my own problems. After experiencing a series of situations, difficulties, and immense suffering, God showed me how to get rid of certain things through prayer by taking prophetic actions. To this day, the Lord teaches me a lot about the deliverance and healing of His people. I didn’t learn it in a theological school, although theology is not bad, but through the revelation of the knowledge of God’s mystery. For example:
- One day, I received a lady at the reception. While she sat in front of me, the Spirit of God directed me to the faucet. Throughout our conversation, my focus was on the faucet. As soon as we finished our conversation, I told her, “Rise and put your head under the faucet, and I will command from the source where the water flows from this faucet until it flows into you and becomes a source of blessing and deliverance, breaking any form of curse in your life!”
Do you know what she saw? She told me, “Pastor, while you opened the faucet, I saw the heavens open, and someone said, ‘Check the notebook to see if she is in order with her tithes,’ and when the person opened the notebook, they said, ‘Bernadette is faithful, she deserves this blessing!’ And they poured American dollars and many blessings on her. She was amazed to see all of that!
- During my follow-up sessions for this lady in prayer, she came again, and I told her to find a watermelon. After a week, she sent me the fruit. Following the direction of the Holy Spirit, I took the fruit, blessed it, divided it into three parts, and gave her each part followed by prayers until she finished eating all three pieces.
Afterward, she told me, “Pastor, I want to talk to you: While you gave me the first piece, I found myself in my village with you. You had a very long and sharp spear in your hand, and you snatched me from my parents’ hands, threatening them all, saying, ‘If they dare to destroy my life again, I want to pierce all of them with this spear.’
Then, their chief, who was her father, asked me how they should proceed because they are not of this world. They asked for forgiveness, promised not to oppose her life anymore, and released her from that day on! And she then saw that I snatched her from her parents’ hands, holding her by the hand, and we left her village!
She was happy and joyful about what God had done in her life. I tell you the truth; the prayer did not take 5 minutes, while she was eating the watermelon, I was sitting somewhere, alone. The consumption of the fruit took time, but the prayer took only about 5 minutes!
Praise be to God! This mystery of creation and nature through prophetic action that God reveals in these last times to those who love Him. I do not deserve this grace more than you who read this book, and I am no better than you. It is the divine grace in me, and you can also be humble in heart and willing in spirit, so that God reveals hidden things to you and guides you in all things (Psalm 119:130; Proverbs 25:2; 1 Corinthians 2:9-10; Romans 8:19-23). It is written:
“And now, brothers, what benefit would I be to you if I came to you speaking in tongues, and not with a revelation, or with knowledge, or with prophecy, or with doctrine?” 1 Corinthians 14:6
“Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us spreads the fragrance of His knowledge everywhere! For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing: to the one, an odor of death, bringing death; to the other, an aroma of life, bringing life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not, like so many, peddlers of God’s word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God, in the sight of God, we speak in Christ.” 2 Corinthians 2:14-17
