Young person, if you feel uncomfortable in your own skin and are suffering, it is because of the negative words and things you have heard and seen.
To change your self-esteem and rebuild your destiny, you will also need positive words that will shape you according to what God has planned for you.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. — Ephesians 2:10 (Segond 21)

For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building. — 1 Corinthians 3:9 (Segond 21)

We are the building, the house that the Creator God is constructing, but with our participation. Our collaboration is necessary to deconstruct the false image of ourselves and rebuild, from within, the true person—the hero buried inside each of us.

If human and worldly words have distorted us, it is through divine words that we will be effectively rebuilt.
From shame, you can become a witness and an example of someone who has overcome despite a bad start in life. Indeed, there is no fatality for those who rely on the truth that comes from the mouth of God.

You can do all things as long as your Creator says you can. Thus, everything remains possible, even if it appears impossible.
What makes you sick is not what people say to you, but rather what you say to yourself. In other words, what destroys you the most is not what others have said to you, but the way your thoughts interpret and accept what has been said.

This is why you must learn to expose yourself to good words. I am not talking about positive thinking, but rather the words that come from God—through reading, biblical confessions, exhortations, and messages inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Any exposure to the truth will sooner or later lead to reflection and acceptance of that truth, regardless of your state of mind (fear, bitterness, shyness, etc.).

Regular exposure to God’s Word triggers a four-step process.

  • Reading first provides us with information.
  • From this information, we are given a formation (the second step).
  • Regular practice changes our inner being and contributes to our transformation (the third step).
  • When this transformation becomes visible to the world, we call it manifestation.

This is well expressed in Scripture with Joshua:

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. — Joshua 1:8

The manifestation of success always begins with good information, which comes from the Word of God.
When you expose yourself to the truth of God’s Word, you enter the realm of the unlimited, because His Word is limitless and irrevocable.

I swear by myself, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. — Isaiah 45:23 (Segond 21)

You must understand that God is not blocked by any of your obstacles. What blocks God is your mindset, your reasoning, your way of thinking.
Every time you have a thought that distances you from God, it does not come from Him. It is a seed planted by the enemy, who does not want you to rise to a higher level. However, your responsibility is to bring God’s presence wherever you are—even in the midst of challenges.

This is not just about ordinary worship. The Bible says that “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.” This means that without the Spirit, one cannot truly know the truth of the Word. Indeed, it is possible to know verses without understanding their depth or true meaning.

God gives revelation to those who love Him. God simply says: Prove your love for Me, and I will give you revelation.
Yes, He speaks, and listening to Him is not complicated. God says that He allows Himself to be found by those who seek Him. It is like a father playing hide-and-seek with his son—he lets himself be found to bring joy to his child.
Likewise, when you find God, He provides you with what you need.

Along the same lines, it is also crucial to change your circle of friends. Indeed, friends who degrade us with their words are not companions in destiny…
