The Lord told me that there is a depth of prayer and intercession in the Spirit that will be lost if we, who have experience in prayer, do not somehow pass these truths on to the current generation of believers. Over the years, I have known a few individuals who were great intercessors and became experts in this deeper realm of prayer in the Holy Spirit.

But God desires more people who can pray like these few individuals. He needs more believers who know how to pray in this deep realm because there is work to be done in these last days. If His plans and purposes are to be accomplished in this late hour, more and more of His people must say no to their flesh and spend time praying divine mysteries to God.

You know, several decades ago, we all worried when the Russians sent the first satellite, Sputnik, into space. We spent billions of dollars to surpass them in the space race and to send the first astronauts into space. However, when our first astronauts went into space, they didn’t go very far. They barely left Earth’s atmosphere and only penetrated the extreme edge of space. Why didn’t they go further? Why didn’t they reach the moon on the first try? Because they had never been there before. They didn’t know how to navigate in space.

Similarly, some of us have only scratched the surface of the Spirit in prayer. We don’t know how to maneuver in this realm, so we must go there gradually. Nevertheless, if we continue to make ourselves available to God, praying in other tongues, He will lead us further into this deeper realm of prayer where miracles are performed, and divine revelations are granted.

I’ll be honest and make a confession about this: I have gone so far a few times that I was afraid!

I don’t mean scared like you are of a tornado or a rattlesnake. I’m talking about a holy fear. First, I was afraid I couldn’t come back. I believe that’s what happened to Enoch. He went so far into the realm of the Spirit that he couldn’t turn back!

There is a movement beyond time and space in the realm of the Spirit that surpasses my ability to describe it. Some have entered this realm of prayer just enough to get their feet wet.

Like children wading in water, they speak of their experience, saying, “It was so wonderful! It was the pinnacle of prayer in the Spirit!” But in reality, their prayer experience was just beginning!

These individuals have only scratched the surface of the Spirit. They need to wade into the deep waters of the Spirit until they are not just knee-deep or waist-deep but so deep that they can’t touch the ocean floor! Then they can swim and enjoy the fullness of what God has for them in prayer (see Ezekiel 47).

However, it is essential to understand that these things will not always be easy. On one hand, the flesh will do everything to hold us back. That’s why the Word of God teaches us to crucify the flesh. The mind will also try to hold us back, attempting to focus on the realm of physical senses and what can be seen. That’s one reason why God tells us to renew our minds through His Word (Rom. 12:1-2). Once our minds are renewed, we can penetrate further into the realm of His Spirit through prayer.

But as more of us respond to God’s call to pray, manifestations of His power and glory on this earth will become more and more numerous. The manifestation and demonstration of God’s Spirit will become as common and as real to us as everyday natural things. This is what our hearts have desired, and this is what intercessors have prayed for for so many years.

You see, the realm of the Spirit is actually the natural realm for us who are born of the Spirit. Of course, it’s necessary that we walk in the natural realm to a certain extent because our bodies are natural and have natural functions.

We must live in this realm. But on the other hand, we can allow our spirits the permanent privilege of communicating with the Father of spirits. We can let our spirits step out of the natural framework daily. Therefore, don’t dedicate all your time to natural things. Some of these things are legitimate, and it’s normal to spend some time on them. But make sure you pay attention to your spirit.

Give your spirit the opportunity to feed on the Word and commune with your heavenly Father. Strengthen your most holy faith by practicing praying in other tongues. It doesn’t take much time. By doing this, your life will be changed and strengthened, and your prayer life will become a powerful force, helping to fulfill God’s purposes in these last days.

God wants us to go further in the Spirit and learn to navigate in this vast realm of prayer. If we are faithful to His call to pray, the day will come when we will surpass the limits of space, go further in the Spirit, and reach the fullness of God’s glory!

I’ll tell you one thing: Jesus is coming. There’s no point arguing about this truth because it will happen, whether you believe it or not! Let’s commit to praying in the Spirit so that a great harvest of souls can be reaped in these last days. People are dying, and the end is approaching. The end of all things is near, and what we do, we must do quickly. The Lord is calling us to prayer, and for my part, I am determined to respond to that call. Responding to God’s Call to Prayer.

Do you want to come with me? Just declare:

“I’m in!” Then pass through the door of the supernatural and enter a whole new realm of prayer in the Spirit. It’s a realm where revelation, guidance, and supernatural communication with God are continuously provided to help you accomplish everything He has called you to do in this hour. Responding to God’s Call to Prayer.
