This is a crucial and turning point for the realization of the vision. A turning point is a moment of change; and moments are when things happen for good and it is usually fast. Therefore, one must be sensitive and every necessary weight needs to be thrown in here to save the vision because life is at stake! It is time to go to your spiritual maternity ward to give birth because of the time tag on your vision.  

I believe that the time to give birth has come and you must go willingly to the maternity ward where the “midwife” and the “nurse” are waiting for you! The HOLY SPIRIT is the “midwife “and also the “nurse” and He is patiently waiting for you. In the natural pregnancy, when the woman is due for delivery, she goes willingly to the maternity ward for delivery.  

Women don’t go to the maternity ward always except when they are due. And maternity ward is not just a comfortable place to stay especially for men. The cries, shoutings, groanings, tears and pains that go on there is something else, but the woman has to be there because the time for her delivery has come. Immediately, the water breaks, there will be a heavy contraction and the vision will be struggling to come forth. 

This period is painful and the duration differs from one person to another. And most people lose their child at this point because of lack of perseverance. Just after this period comes another great task and even more sensitive and decisive than the period of contractions. The vision is just bringing out the head and sometimes they are not well positioned and here comes the “midwife” and “nurse” with uncommon instruction for uncommon delivery. 

The “midwife” will now ask the visionary to push hard for the delivery and at this junction, strength, courage and perseverance are needed because if the visionary refuses to push hard, the baby will die and if the baby dies the vision is lost and I don’t think that anyone in the right frame of mind would want to come to the place of delivery and lose the vision. You have come a long way, this is not the time to be discouraged, go ahead and push anyhow; the vision is real and is on the way. 

The “midwife”, remember in the case of spiritual pregnancy is the HOLY SPIRIT who is ready to assist you to bring forth the vision by giving you the necessary and uncommon informations you need. So when you hear push, you better push. In the natural pregnancy at this point you hear the cries in a very high octave, the groanings get higher and the travailing gets deeper, for deep calleth upon deep. God uses physical things to show us spiritual things. 

The same way it is in the natural so it is in the spiritual. The spiritual maternity ward or labour ward is the place of prayer, travailing, groaning and spiritual warfare to give birth. Prayer is like giving birth. There are many scriptures we can read to further throw light on this issue. Once you have come to the maternity ward and the water has broken and there is contraction, press in deep and deeper in your prayer life. 

“Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded, God shall reveal even this unto you”.  Philippians 3:12-15 

Press to give birth. Life is full of pressing and only those who decisively continue to press will succeed. The day you refuse to press, your vision will die. You must press pass your limit! And to press pass your limit, you must forget those things that are behind you and press forward to the vision. Forget the pains, agony, sacrifice, shame, defeat and failure and continue to press in spite of what you see, hear, feel or think. 

Many determined women once they are in the maternity ward press just for the baby to be born, it does not matter to them if they will die but let the baby live. Press is the watchword if you are going to give birth to that your vision now. Sometimes the HOLY SPIRIT will wake you up at odd hours to pray and as you begin to groan and travail in the spirit, the vision is coming forth. Lack of prayer has killed a lot of visions, dreams, ideas, inventions, etc. 

No good thing comes easy; there is always a price to pay. If the price you are paying is not paining you, it will not pay you!  There is always a price for every prize! The pain of giving birth must be paid if we want to see the realisation and manifestation of what the SPIRIT of God has placed in our spirit man for decades now.
