The case of Perpétue.
Perpétue had the misfortune of falling in love with a young man whose father was reputed to be a great sorcerer in the village. All the girls who had romantic relationships with the sorcerer’s son before Perpétue suffered painful or even dramatic consequences. Some died, some became sterile, others miscarried as soon as they became pregnant, and still others contracted illnesses that science couldn’t explain. For their survival, they were forced to flee their marital homes.
Unaware of all this, Perpétue married this young man and joined him in their marital home. This marked the beginning of her troubles. According to the villagers, Perpétue’s future was jeopardized as long as she remained in that house with her father-in-law. They pitied her whenever she passed by, often saying with sorrowful faces, “poor girl, she too will lose her life like the others.” But Perpétue had a life of diligent prayer, and it can be said that, from then on, in her husband’s house, a true battle raged between the forces of light and the forces of darkness.
Several times in the house, the father-in-law tried to separate Perpétue from his son. Failing that, he resorted to occult practices. He seized his daughter-in-law’s intimate garments and underwear to make a pact with the demon, with the aim of killing her or at least causing an involuntary abortion. This time, Perpétue’s father-in-law’s demons encountered resistance due to Perpétue’s life of prayer. However, it turned out that Perpétue, in the meantime, experienced spiritual dryness. As a result, she began to bleed. Sometimes, Perpétue bled until she lost consciousness. Other times, she woke up to find scars on her stomach, without knowing where they came from.
As a member of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR), Perpétue sought assistance from the brothers in Christ of this charismatic group to help her in prayer until childbirth. The birth of Perpétue’s baby was seen by the sorcerer father-in-law as a failure of the demons with whom he had made a pact. Having failed to end the lives of Perpétue and her baby, he turned to his own son, exerting psychological and occult pressures to separate him from Perpétue. He made him lose his job, rendering him financially unable to support his household.
But the financial and other difficulties faced by Perpétue’s husband did not diminish his love for his wife. So, the father-in-law changed tactics. He targeted the baby. The baby cried and screamed as soon as it was left alone in the room. Indeed, several times under these conditions, a cat or sometimes a dog with wild, staring eyes was found near the baby. These animals fled when they saw the parents. Oddly enough, Perpétue and her husband had neither dog nor cat.
After several months of prayers by the brothers of the CCR prayer group, of which Perpétue was a part, without satisfactory results, I was contacted as an exorcist to assist her and her household. This marked the beginning of a spiritual journey that lasted about three years before she was delivered. During prayer, mysterious scars with black powder would appear on her body, or sometimes nuts, talismans, etc., would emerge from her intimate parts. And then, one fine day, during an exorcism prayer, Perpétue’s voice changed to a man’s voice, and we heard this: “I have been allowed to come and help you.
But first, allow me to thank you for all you do for orphans, the poor, the sick, especially for the possessed. The one you are praying for, she is my daughter. All that you do for my daughter, I, who am her father, couldn’t do half of it before I died. I died by suicide (hanging), but in fact, it was a contracted suicide.”
Why do you say your suicide was contracted?
“It’s because I was a civil servant in a company, and the company’s security guard stole. I reported him, and he was punished as he should have been. Following the punishment he received, he went to Savalou to perform witchcraft to eliminate me. One evening, I heard a voice harassing me and pushing me to suicide. At the same time, there was also a force pushing me to take a rope that mysteriously appeared in front of me and put it around my neck. After resisting for a while, I finally succumbed to temptation by putting it around my neck for hanging. Today, this guard who was the cause of my suicide suffers from mental depression. We must pray for him because his illness is the consequence of the side effects of the witchcraft he used to kill me. That’s the story of my suicide.”
From this prayer session, Perpétue regularly receives visits from souls in purgatory. Some souls in purgatory dictate to her what to do in the face of attacks from her enemies. When Perpétue’s father-in-law tried everything unsuccessfully, he wanted to pass on witchcraft to his daughter-in-law and son. But with the help of the souls in purgatory, Perpétue emerged victorious from all the traps of the enemy, which allows me to say, “Divine Providence never fails those who remain faithful to their faith.” Thanks to this heavenly assistance, we realize that around a human being revolves a multitude of mysterious phenomena. Among these phenomena, we also have the case of Lady “X”…
