The Different Types of Marriage That God Recognizes.
  • Bride Price to the Family
  • Civil Marriage
  • Marriage at the Altar of God

During the wedding ceremony, couples are rushed to say their vows without knowing the dangers associated with them. Marriage is a sacred commitment. Everything the couple promises each other at the altar of God must be fulfilled. Otherwise, they are considered unfaithful. And we know that the unfaithful will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Many Christians end up in the pit of hell because of the sacred commitments they have made.

Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers.” – 1 Corinthians 6:9

When you do not keep a commitment you have made, you must confess. Example: A person who commits adultery must confess to their spouse, then to God or to a man of God. It is not enough to confess only to men of God.

We must understand that every contract between two people is valid. When the terms of the contract are not respected, one must repent before God. It is very important for you to know and understand God’s justice. You must accept the Word of God and base your life on it. This is the only solution to have a home according to God.

When people make vows during marriage, they enter into an agreement that must be strictly respected. Today, there are homes that only exist before men; in the eyes of God, they are not valid. This is because Christians no longer respect the commitments made on their wedding day, and Satan has made sure they focus on trivialities while neglecting the essentials. Their thoughts are on everything except the commitment they are about to make.

For some people, the commitment made during marriage is just a formality. Even parents no longer remind their children to think carefully and pay attention to the commitment they are about to make concerning marriage. This shows that God is no longer considered in our marriages. In churches, there is almost no more coaching or prayer before weddings. Christians are getting married like people of the world, or even worse. Result: Our homes are troubled!

In every country, there is a law: it is the constitution that governs the country. If these laws are not respected, the country’s justice system can decree sanctions against the guilty. Similarly, a commitment made according to God’s justice must be respected, or else you will face the consequences. God’s justice will issue sanctions against you because you are considered unrighteous, and the unrighteous belong in prison. – 1 Corinthians 6:9

This applies to the employment contract you signed, whose terms you must strictly adhere to, otherwise you are considered unrighteous before God. Even arriving late to work means you have not respected the agreement, and you should go to your employer and apologize.

Be very careful with all contracts that bind you. If you know you will not be able to comply with all the terms, then do not sign it, do not commit yourself.

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities; for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.”Romans 13:1-2

Note: Do not do anything behind your employer’s back that you cannot do in front of them. It is an offense. Every offense must be confessed. Because here on earth, grace is available, but after death comes judgment. Everyone will be judged according to their works and not according to the angels who work with them.

Let us not be deceived because even the angels who work with us are there by the grace of God. They work with us, but they are at God’s service. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are God’s grace to us. But heaven must be earned, so let us be very careful about our walk while we are on earth.

The Bible says this expression several times in Revelation, “To the one who overcomes.” Grace gives you time to repent, and the blood of Jesus purifies you. But the blood of Jesus Christ cannot work for you without confession…
