THE MYSTERY OF MIDNIGHT PRAYER (2).
“About midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” Acts 16:25
Jehovah God knows everything, but open your mouth and tell Him that He can do it. In the previous article, we saw together that great battles are won at midnight because the spiritual controls the physical.
Today, in our Fire Word (Acts 16:25), we saw what happened to Paul and Silas. They were brutally beaten. After that, they were locked up in prison. They waited for everything to calm down, and at midnight, they began to pray and sing praises. Beloved, the God who neither sleeps nor slumbers heard them in their condition; they did not lose heart. And God came down in a tremendous earthquake. He delivered them by breaking their chains and shackles at their feet.
The building that served as their prison shook to its foundations. In this situation, the jailer wanted to commit suicide, but since the number of all the prisoners was intact, he and his family, as well as the other inmates, did not escape. They all gave their lives to God that day. Peter was also in prison in Acts 12:1-11. The church began a night prayer vigil, and the Lord of Heaven sent an angel who went to deliver Peter from prison. There is a special power and authority that you receive when you engage in midnight prayers. It gives you a great advantage over the enemy. It’s as if midnight prayer sets an ambush for the enemy, and he is overwhelmed and forced to surrender.
When you learn the art of praying at midnight, you will receive a grace and power that the enemy cannot refute or resist. The person who prays at midnight is the one who stands in victory when the day breaks.
Midnight prayer is a reliable strategic weapon against the enemy because when the enemy comes out to build and bind, you are there to loosen. When he comes to kill, you simply come out from where he thought you would be. Midnight prayer serves as an escape from what the enemy wants to do.
Any power using the face of a family member to attack you will die before the end of this month, in the name of Jesus.
