1. The prosperity of the world is acquired and maintained through the world’s system.

You mainly obtain it through corruption, promiscuity, always looking for ways to deceive people to take what belongs to them. You may lie, falsify anything to get money, and cheat and commit all sorts of evil.

In the world’s system, a woman may decide to sell her body to get money from men, an employee may bribe their boss to get a promotion, etc. Some men go as far as killing their mother, wife, or children in diabolical rituals to become rich, and some women forsake their husbands to become wealthy. But the truth about the prosperity of the world is that it is temporary and destructive.

“There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.” Proverbs 16:25

It may seem good at first to falsify documents in the office to get promoted, but the end is destructive. What matters is the end; if there is no glory of God at the end, forget it now and abandon it forever. If there is no glory in sight at the end, forget it, because glory mainly speaks at the end.

2. The prosperity of God is enduring and comes with glory at the end.

It is the result of obedience to God and His commandments.

“If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.” Deuteronomy 28:1 (…)
