Two weeks ago, I lost a consulting opportunity that could have met my financial needs for at least three months. Right after that, the Lord Jesus whispered to me: “The righteous shall live by faith… I am purifying your sources.”

According to the Apostle Paul, faith should not be based on human “wisdom,” but on the power of God (1 Corinthians 2:4). In other words, the righteous shall live by powerful faith—not by human faith, literary-biblical faith, or carnal faith, but by powerful faith.

Many Christians miss their destiny because they have never known the greatest gift: faith. This grace enables you to generate everything from your heavenly conviction and the light-igniting activation it produces within you. Concerning this, the Apostle Paul declares:

If any of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this world, he should become a fool so that he may become truly wise.” (1 Corinthians 3:18)

Beloved in the Lord, true faith is foolishness in the eyes of men. True faith will make you take paths no one else dares to take, roads everyone rejects, routes many will fear—but they will be the perfect will of God! Have you embarked on a journey of faith? The only problem is that many Christians fear suffering. Many are unwilling to take any risks. In short, many Christians do not have faith. Yet the spirit of Solomon instructs us not to rely on our own strength:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)

However, very few dare to lean on God. But how do you lean on God? Is God findable? How does one depend on faith in God? The book of wisdom goes further:

Wisdom is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. […] Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.” (Proverbs 3:14–16)

Sadly, today’s Christians act like pagans. They seek money first, hoping to seek God later. Yet the Bible strongly urges us to seek God first, to depend on Him in all things. Then His wisdom will lead us, through faith and the pursuit of His will, to all the riches of the world.

Proclaim this with me: LORD JESUS, GRANT ME THE GIFT OF FAITH! TEACH ME YOUR WISDOM THAT CONFUNDS THE WISE…
