Future football players know that if they are destined for this sport, they have much to gain by joining a team or a football school at a very young age. This is why parents must be vigilant about their children’s education and ultimately their career orientation. In Africa, parents need to stop directing all young people towards universities when they have natural talents they can exploit to succeed at a young age.

I believe one reason for the lag behind African states is that families within these states have set obtaining a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate as the measure of success. This is not bad, but not everyone is meant for it.

Do you have a child inclined towards a sport or an art? It will be to your advantage to guide them towards a school that accommodates their vocation, where they will study with passion, and you won’t have spent in vain. I met a fifteen-year-old girl who designs clothing models, but her parents do not want to see her pursue this path because success in our country is conditioned by obtaining a degree.

In my opinion, such a girl should attend a specialized school that includes fashion design in its curriculum. The best education is to train a child or young person in a field that matches their passion. Leaders of developing countries must understand this as well…
