The War Against the Enemies of Your Harvest (2).
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you“. Joel 2:25
The enemies of the harvest are those who want to cut short your waiting. They are those determined that where they have worked, they gain nothing from it. The enemies of the harvest are the powers that conspire with others to deprive you of what you deserve and stand there telling you to do your best.
If a civil servant who has served for thirty years suddenly dies, who will receive his entitlements? Those who did not know what he endured to reach that level would scramble to recover what he worked for. They might even push aside his family and neglect his children. I pray that the enemies of the harvest do not remove you from the scene.
Beloved, the enemies of the harvest are those powers that lurk in the corners. As soon as they see that someone’s harvest is ready, they withdraw their hand and sit on it. I pray for you today, any power or wicked personality waiting for you to exert effort and suffer so that they can pounce on you to take away your result, and your reward will be swallowed by a hungry grave, in the name of Jesus.
How to wage war against the enemy of your harvest? You must flee from sin.
“The people of Israel did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord gave them into the hand of Midian seven years.” Judges 6:11
You must also cry out to God for help. The Bible states that the Israelites cried out to God in their distress, and God sent a deliverer to help them out of their suffering. Another way to fight against the enemies of your harvest is to confront them. Psalm 7:6 encourages you to ask God to rise up because of the rage of your enemies.
PRAYER POINTS:
- May God arise, and let all my enemies be scattered, in the name of Jesus.
- Every power waiting to devour my efforts, die suddenly, in the name of Jesus.
- Inner enchantment waiting to attack my harvest, come out and die, in the name of Jesus.
- I bind every strongman rising against my life, in the name of Jesus.
- I break free from every satanic bondage, in the name of Jesus.
- Arrow of waters in my body, I shake you off, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, give me the strength and power to stand firm in You, in the name of Jesus.
