1. The Lord is my help.
2. The Lord helps me at all times.
3. In my distress, I have the Lord’s assistance.
4. In my difficulties, the Lord rushes to my aid.
5. I am assisted at all times by heaven.
6. My difficulties diminish day by day.
7. I can never lack divine assistance.
8. I am blessed by heaven because the Lord loves me.
9. I am in the Lord’s favor.
10. The Lord helps His people.
11. The Lord’s help for my family is certain.
12. The Lord helps our nation.
13. O Lord, help me.
14. Even if death grips me, I will turn to the Lord.
15. The Lord is my deliverance.
16. I am under the Lord’s divine and permanent protection.
17. Neither death nor life can separate me from the Lord’s love.
18. I am precious to the Lord; He is my help, and I am His beloved disciple.
19. I live and witness miracles in my life every day.
20. I am never abandoned by the Lord, and I never will be, for He is my high refuge.
21. The Lord’s help comes to me at the right time.

Psalm 30

A Psalm of David, for the dedication of the temple.

(30:1) LORD, truly You are great, and I sing to You. Yes, You have lifted me up; You have not let my enemies mock me.
(30:2) LORD my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me.
(30:3) LORD, You brought me up from the realm of the dead.
I was descending into the grave, but You restored my life.
(30:4) Sing to the LORD, you His faithful ones!
His name is holy; give Him thanks.
(30:5) Yes, His anger lasts only for a moment, but His kindness lasts a lifetime.
Weeping may remain for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
(30:6) When I was secure, I said, “I will never be shaken!”
(30:7) LORD, You were good; because of You, I felt safe.
But when You hid Your face, I was terrified.
(30:8) LORD, I call upon You; I cry out to You, my Master.
(30:9) What gain is there if I die, if I go down to the grave?
Can the dead praise You? Can they proclaim Your faithfulness?
(30:10) Listen to me, LORD, have mercy on me!
LORD, come to my aid!
(30:11) You have turned my mourning into dancing,
You have taken off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy.
(30:12) So I will sing praises to You and not be silent,
LORD my God, I will thank You forever…
