SEE IT AND YOU WILL POSSESS IT.
If everyone becomes rich at the same time, money will become scarce because no one will agree to work in the place where money multiplies, no one will agree to be a driver or a security guard because everyone will feel too important. However, God has made us all rich. How? Through divine provisions. Paul said to the Philippians:
“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” Philippians 3:19.
There are riches according to God, and these riches are accessible. They are progressive and enduring riches that come from God.
“With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and righteousness.” Proverbs 8:18.
According to God’s plan, each of us should live from the supernatural provision of heaven where money never runs out.
“The Lamb who was slain is worthy to receive power and RICHES, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing.” Revelation 5:12.
The second right of the redeemed that Jesus received for us through His death and resurrection is RICHES. Power was the first, yes, power is necessary to command the other rights to effectively produce in our lives. Without power, you cannot demonstrate the riches of God.
“Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8:18.
Wealth is a sign of dominion over poverty, lack, and dissatisfaction. When you receive Jesus, you automatically have the power to become a son/daughter of God, and as such, you have the ability to discern good from evil through the Holy Spirit working in you.
But you must first know the power of God in you. Jesus said, “I have all power in My hands, and I have given it to you.” Every time God gives, He gives without repentance, for His gifts and callings are irrevocable.
What is wealth? Material goods. What is wealth? An abundance of valuable goods or simply an abundance of money, high-value assets.
Everything of value on earth is acquired through money. When you have enough money, you are said to be rich and can acquire as many goods as you want. Jesus was slain to receive riches. There will be a transfer of abundant wealth as you read this book in the name of Jesus.
What is wealth once again? An abundance of a particular, desired thing; you desire something, and you have it in abundance. You want something, but you receive more than one, in excess.
Spiritually, wealth means you have everything you desire in abundance. What is wealth? Valuable or abundant resources. Jesus has given us these riches by grace. But you must see it, beloved, for you cannot have it if you have not seen and received it spiritually.
The Lord asked the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:11-12:
“What do you see, Jeremiah? I replied, I see a branch of an almond tree. And the Lord said to me: You have seen well; for I am watching over My word to perform it.”
Jeremiah saw the almond tree spiritually; physically, there was no almond tree. God agreed with him because with God, one calls the things that are not as though they were, and they become reality. This is why God told him: “Yes, you have seen well,” which is why the poor should say: “I am rich.”
If you see your wealth, you will proclaim it, and it will come.
The same process was used by Abraham, who had no child, and God called him the father of many nations when, physically, he had no child. Why, you may ask? God knows the end of every situation before it begins. The beginning may not seem pleasant; it may be frustrating, it may be hard, but there is an end that is much more glorious and makes you forget the beginning.
The Bible says that Jesus saw the glory that awaited Him and He endured the cross.
“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.
It is only what you see that you can obtain. If you see wealth, just give yourself the time to work hard and walk with God, it will manifest as you have seen it. The children of God were still on their way to the land of Canaan when God saw their good houses, saw the land full of milk and honey, but when Moses sent the 12 spies into the land to study it, in fact, they did not see milk and honey, what they saw with their physical eyes is what they reported: giants, they said: “we are like grasshoppers before them.”
This is still the land that God said is full of milk and honey. When Moses sent them, they expected to see honey without bees, but is it possible to find honey without bees? They expected to walk in the street and see milk without cows.
Let me tell you the truth, if they had seen things that way, they would not have returned to Moses because men are selfish. They would have started to amass and perhaps sent someone to tell Moses that they had already settled in the land and were waiting for him to join them. If you do not open your spiritual eyes, you will not see God’s promises.
When you do not see correctly, you may say yes to everything that comes your way and, in doing so, lose your identity, whereas you should not say yes to everything. Jesus knew His identity, even when the Pharisees and Sadducees pressured Him to say who He was, He confirmed to them that He was the Son of God. He maintained His identity before them. You cannot know who you are if you do not affirm spiritually who you are as a child, redeemed of God.
The children of Israel were still on their way to the land of Canaan when, in Deuteronomy 8:2, God said this to them:
“Remember all the way which the Lord your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.”
The Lord made them go through 40 years of wilderness to know their hearts, to see if they knew their identity. When difficulties persist, when suffering continues, when the wilderness continues, the Lord wants to know if you know who you are.
“The duration of your wilderness is determined by your attitude in the wilderness. The duration of your problems is based on the heart you have applied to the problems.”
The situation comes to humble you, and in my opinion, humbling you is a training process you go through. Why? If you are not trained regarding the use of money, you will waste it. One way to train you in money management is to make you stay without money, while you have many needs to meet; the only choice you have at that moment is to prioritize the essential needs, and in the wilderness, their essential needs were food, shelter, and clothing. And God provided for them.
You may cry and even think that God no longer answers your prayers while He is only humbling you. Some might even say that since they finished school, their classmates are already directors, members of parliament, etc., without knowing that God is waiting for their humility to promote them.
“If you remain in the wilderness, know that it is according to the state of your mind.”
The day your mind is mature enough to look beyond the wilderness and see the milk and honey of Canaan, you will ignore the wilderness, and the Lord will take you to the land of Canaan. Every time God speaks, He speaks about the future. If you can see as God sees, the future He has promised you, the land of Canaan He has promised you, you will ignore the wilderness and those difficulties to focus on the future.
If you do not see your wealth, you will remain poor; think of a man who has seen water and begins to dig the ground to fetch the water he saw on arid land. Will he be discouraged at 10 meters, no, at 20 meters, no, knowing that it is at a certain depth that he can find water, no, he will not be discouraged, he will continue until he gets what he saw in his spirit. He may get the first water, which may not be clean, but he must continue until he gets the clean water he previously saw in his spirit. When he finally gets the water, he calls the ground he dug, a well.
You are discouraged because you do not see anything. You are discouraged because you are blind. You are discouraged because you are selfish. You are discouraged because you do not know who you are. If you know that you are in God, you will know that the wilderness is to humble you, to teach you, to test you, it is for God to know the state of your heart.
If you do not know how to manage a thousand well, no one will give you ten thousand to manage. God is not a waster. The people of Israel were in the wilderness, God was already speaking about their future…
