Arsène ZAGABE is a Christian author, born and living in Goma. A computer scientist by training, he is currently in the communications team of the Honorable Professor Modeste BAHATI LUKWEBO, the current president of the senate. He is the author of several books and Married to Happy ZAGABE, his wife with whom he has a child.
