Intelligence is capable of receiving and processing information from the outer man and his senses as well as from the inner man and his spiritual senses. It acts as the connector between the physical or outer man and the spiritual or inner man, thereby giving man his true character.

Ultimately, intelligence is responsible for human attitudes and actions. The best education in the world is merely an attempt to inform, refine, and develop intelligence through the senses of the outer man.

The education of intelligence through the senses is, so far, the best and maximum achievement even the greatest schools and universities can accomplish. Yet, man possesses a far superior and more excellent potential. This is the education of the inner man, the human spirit, which culminates in the education of intelligence. This is exclusively achievable through receiving and meditating on the Word of God.

It is only through the Word of God that the inner man can be discovered and educated. You see this in Hebrews 4:12:

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.“

Notice it says the Word penetrates “even to the division of soul and spirit.” This means it pierces the very depths of our nature to distinguish and separate between soul and spirit. Only the Word of God can accomplish this. It helps us discover our inner man.

No school in the world, educating intelligence through the senses, can achieve this. The best it can do is train intelligence to be educated at the level of the senses. But the true man the spirit man requires a different type of education.

I do not in any way disparage formal education because the more educated a person is, the more advantages they can have in the world. When you are better informed about your environment, the world you live in, and the people in it, you have an advantage over those who are ignorant.

Now think of the marvelous benefits you will have with the education of your spirit and spiritual senses. This is what you gain by reading spiritual material like this, which can help you discover your true self and enhance the quality of your life from within.

This crucial education of your inner man is achieved through what I have termed INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT. This is what Paul alludes to in Romans 12:1-2, where he says:

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.“

Notice in the first verse, he says, “…brethren… to offer your bodies,” meaning that you (the inner man) are the owner of your body. He makes it clear that your human spirit has control over your outer man. Therefore, do not let your body control you; instead, take control of it and offer it to God as a living sacrifice.

He goes further in the second verse to speak about your spiritual education: “…be transformed by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND.”

Just as a person is transformed by the education of their physical senses, your inner man can also be transformed by the education of your spiritual senses. Thus, do not conform to this world. Do not live like them, think like them, or see things from their perspective. Instead, be transformed, transfigured, and elevated by the renewal of your mind.

Do not say, “Oh God! Take me to the next level.” It is your responsibility to elevate yourself from one level of glory to another in your life. You can choose to live a better and more glorious life, and here, He shows you exactly how to achieve this—through the renewal (effective management) of your mind.
