Tony-Branly is a servant of God at Impact Christian Center Churches (ICC). A graduate in public law and organizational management, the author is a specialist in procurement.

A former grantee of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) program initiated by former American President Barack OBAMA, he is also a member of the youth advisory council in the Republic of Congo.

He is married to Ruth Jennifer and has one daughter.
