The Psalmist speaking in Psalm 103 said:
“Bless the Lord, O my soul! Let all that is within me bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits! He forgives all iniquities, who heals all your diseases; He redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and mercy; He satisfies your old age with good things, who makes you young again like the eagle.” Psalm 103:1-5
This is a vision of our inherited redemption package in Christ. So you are not born again to suffer again, but to reign again.
Dear friend, I am happy to let you know that the best of life is in Jesus Christ.
Christianity is not just a religion. Christianity is life. Jesus said in John 10:10
“…I have come that they may have life, and that it may be abundantly.”
If you are born again, then you are born to reign again! You are not born again to suffer again, no! But if you are not born again, you are condemned to suffering.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
Those who are not born again cannot enjoy the glory of redemption. The new birth is not for pleasure, nor for religion. Rather, it represents a change of status that positions you far above all principalities, powers, and dominions.
Salvation in Jesus Christ is your only way out or destruction. Many born again people do not know the value of the redemption ticket they possess. That is the whole point of this book: to show you the benefits inherent in your redemption. Your salvation is not just an escape to heaven like. No! There is much more to redemption. We have been called to glory and virtue. Yet many suffer and die in shame and dishonor. But there is a way out!
